Hi, I'm Selene

I'm from El Paso, and cooking has always been my way of taking care of the people I love. What started as making food for myself and my family turned into something bigger when my friends from the gym started asking me for healthy meals that also tasted like home.

That's how Raíz Nutrition was born. Every bowl, every breakfast, every plate I make like it's for my own family — because to me, my customers are.

My promise is simple: fresh ingredients, home-cooked sazón, and food that makes you feel good.

How often does the menu change?+

The core menu stays the same, but each week there may be 1-2 new specials. We announce new items on Instagram (@mealprepselene) every Sunday.

When's the deadline to order for this week?+

By 7:00 PM the day before. If you want to pick up Monday, order by Sunday at 7 PM.

Do you deliver?+

Pickup only at our spot on Lomaland Drive for now. We're working on delivery to nearby zones — follow us on Instagram to be the first to know.

Do you offer special diets (keto, vegan, gluten-free)?+

Several of our plates are naturally keto-friendly (protein + veggies). For specific options or customization, message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can do.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Can I modify or cancel my order?+

Yes, up to 4 hours before your pickup time. After that the food is already prepared and we can't refund no-shows.

How long do the meals last in the fridge?+

3-4 days refrigerated. For best flavor, reheat 1-2 minutes in the microwave or on low heat on a pan.
